'TU PLUS TU' by myra anderson...

The color scheme for this painting was inspired by the taxi paintings of artist Steph Fonteyn.  Her little studio (below) with the sunlight streaming in the windows was so cute...until she moved into an even cuter but larger 'more student friendly' studio.

Much like her collection of taxi paintings, I too have been working on different colorful and more complex tutu compositions - and some other things!!!!!!
Below is an ex-ray of my brain! If I actually ate this...I would be ex!
This represents all of the beautiful and mind blowing artwork I've seen over the past few weeks...I can't wait to show you!

That's such a fantastic idea, using the color scheme of something else to create your painting (which was wonderful by the way). Happy PPF!

An inspiring and delicious post all wrapped into one. Your Tutu painting really has come into it's own, I can see how you would be influenced by the work of Steph Fonteyn... Fabulous. Happy PPF Tracey
