Not to worry - until it gets better I will start using my right hand. I like the video below because the artist is not using a brush. I'm sure that some of you have painted like this. I think that I will try this so that I won't have to hold a brush in my 'bad' hand. If you look at some of her other videos you will see that she paints many more things than tutus!!!! LOL! Also . . .where did I go for my anniversary?
This is NOT me -
I did NOT say this -
and I did NOT go on the 'Murray' Povich Show!

So feminine!
Oooh, I feel your pain. I've been having trouble with my right hand swelling, and being painful for a couple months now. It's from overuse..too much time on the computer every day.
Luckily, I'm ambidextrous. So, I can use my left hand for the mouse and painting, and it's helping. But, Photoshop really kills me..all those photos I edit for Etsy and my blog. ugh. It's not long before my left hand is hurting as badly as the right. :/
One thing I tried is a vertical, handshake style mouse..it takes a lot of pressure off my wrist and hand. After a couple days, my hand had stopped hurting. The mouse lasted less than a week, tho, and I had to ship it back to Amazon. :/ I don't recommend Shark brand. I ordered a different brand, and it should be here soon. I can let you know how it goes, if you think it will help you out.
Saw these lovelies on FB. Thought I would drop a comment here to make it more, you know, official. :)
I do hope your hand gets better soon.
xoxo
Sorry I'm late to wish you a wonderful anniversary! I hope you got that little gift you were waiting for...or something equivalent. I love the tutu demo and thanks for sharing your sweet paintings, even with your handicap. Take care, a big hug
