Lisa, Lee and Me 'project runway get on board - project runway sketchy poo' by myra anderson painter of the fashion sketch . . .
Last night PR did not disappoint. The designers got to go to ROME in order to be inspired for their final runway collection. For the first time - as far as I know - the judges wanted to see a preview of everyone's collection. The person who was the most confident about his collection was the one who was totally ripped apart by the judges. I agree with them. He over-designed each piece and needs to go back and edit his work.
I actually painted the first painting on cardboard while watching PR. Heidi said it was 'nice but please get off my runway'. The second one is a sketch of the outfit Char did last week. If I could - I would 'untense' her shoulders. . .ah well
This week the foxy Lee did the swimsuit challenge. Heidi said that she would totally wear that swimsuit!
The fabulous and creative artist Lisa Graham painted this beautiful painting below. This girl can 'virtually' sew my 'virtual garments' anytime!
Beautiful Lisa!!

LOVE that first one, Myra...and I love Lisa's work...very unique...
Only saw a bit of the show and now I can't wait to go home and finish it. I wonder which one got ripped apart...I can guess...maybe. Great runway sketches too! You could be the shows official sketch booker.
First of all - never mind the dress - I want a back like that model in white, has!
I would wear the swimsuit too because that little scallop on the brief hides a multitude of....
And then Lisa's fabulous seamstress. I only want her if she comes with that particular sewing machine.
what fantastic illustrations of fashion! Happy PPF!
I love all of them...what fun this runway project is! I love that show but haven't seen it in a bit!

What a show! Wonderful work ...all of you!
I liked all of these very much. Especially that first one. She's beautiful.
Gros bisous ♡
what a great post and I love the first drawing.
I once saw a Wyeth show at the Farnsworth Museum (home of the Wyeths) in Rockland, Maine and Jamie Wyeth had done a painting on a corrugated box and there it was hanging :D
You have really grown, Myra!
PR has been brutal this season. LOL Love your art.
