painting practice 'myra gone green' by myra anderson painter of the ballerina sketch and some questions . . .

This is a practice painting where I was working on painting fabric.  I wonder if I will ever paint really soft looking texture with acrylic paints.  The photo below shows how I feel when I am painting the ballet!  The painting below by John Lavery reminds me of Janettmarie.  She is a golfer.  I wonder if she will ever paint golf?
