'why a blue chair in a green room?' by myra anderson

When I started my 'blue chair in a green room' series - someone googled the question 'why a blue chair in a green room?'  I ponder the question each time I paint one.  I don't know the answer yet - so in the meantime I guess I will paint another one . . .

So nice Myra, looks like this blue chair and green room belongs to the "Taxi Girl".

gros bisous

This is a breath of fresh air. The colors excite me and I feel I want to sit in this chair...with the flower pillow!

I love the blue chair in the green room. It is the kind of idea that tickles my brain. I can't wait to see more of these...

I like the warm splash of colour in your cool painting. I just finished a blue/green painting and it needs that touch of warmth...I have to work on that...
