Right now I am on a chair-ca-tion. A summer of painting chairs. Julie made me laugh out loud when she said that she had to look for the chair in the last painting. Can you tell that I found the chair more difficult to draw than the figure in this painting? For me chairs are difficult - almost as difficult as cupcakes. I imagine that this is how Lisa looks when she dresses up for one of those fancy doings of hers . . .

Now that's a good thing. But no...this is not me. I never dress up. I don't go to fancy anythings unless Walmart counts.
She is quite elegant...I do really like this one.
