the extremely collaged graphite drawing of myra anderson "what the hair wants" by myra anderson . . .


Uhhh . . .I kinda promised an epiphany - well, I had an idea that seemed good at 2 in the am - but it did not survive 'the cold light of day' as they say (more to come) . . .
While I'm working things out - I thought that I would get out the trusty scissors and extremely collage her top!
Perhaps you know that in addition to the ballet Degas did many drawings of women combing their hair.
 
There is another impressionist painter who also did many paintings of the same subject (more to come) . . .

Etrange non ? Ce matin j'ai rendez-vous justement chez le coiffeur !! et je découvre cette jolie oeuvre avec cette jeune fille se lissant les cheveux !
