myra . . . paint happy ballerina colors!

Wow!  For me it was a great, great weekend for looking at art.  I saw so much beautiful art - from abstract to landscapes to still life that would just make the heart sing.  I think I have ballerina DNA on the brain.  One of my favorite artists painted a ballerina.  This always makes ME want to paint a ballerina.  When I looked at his art my first thought was - he looked like he had fun with that. (I will show you all of this soon.)  So I painted MY ballerina and tried to have fun with that.  I also had fun looking at artists in their studio.  This is Chicago artist Darrell Roberts.  My desk looks like this right now!
This is artist Darrell Roberts in Chicago.  My desk looks like this sometimes . . . I wonder if he drinks coffee from those cups!

Great post Myra and please, never stop doing your young, funny, colorful, artistic ballerinas. There, I've said it and don't you forget it. :)

I love this post, and love possibility to look at other artist desks and studios.
