'the painted lady' by myra anderson . . .

drawing from 'the painted lady'
I had mucho fun painting 'the painted lady'.  It's interesting that the drawing of 'the painted lady' looks much better than the painting.  It just shows that I don't know what I'm doing and I have a ways to go - and I'm okay with that.  I took the painting and played around with it in photoshop for an interesting graphic (in the video) .  I like the new stuff in this video and if you want to see it you can click here.http://myraart.blogspot.com/

Beautiful drawing...I love the transparency of art work on a book page...something so artsy about it. Another good video too.

I also have the same 500 page book but wish I had time to do something like this right now, but I have pulled it out and have started collecting 'stuff" You inspire me Myra.

Great video ! And I love the look of the words floating thru the girls face in the drawing...I like the rawness of it! Very nice!
