I was feeling quite anxious while painting this tomato . . . it was close to dinner time and Harvey he does likes his stew. I'm no Lisa Daria (she's so great!) I'm still looking for that expressive acrylic brush stroke. But not with this tomato . . . it was delicious. I was feeling quite anxious while painting this tomato . . . it was close to dinner time and Harvey he does likes his stew. I'm no Lisa Daria (she's so great!) I'm still looking for that expressive acrylic brush stroke. But not with this tomato . . . it was delicious. (Also, I don't think I like the shadow so I might repaint it tomorrow).

I love the melding of the yellows, oranges and reds on this "love" fruit.
It's a nice Painting. Yes, just lighten the shadow a bit.
