'sailing my art' by myra anderson . . .

Dear Sue Marrazzo;
I am not going to lie to you.  I looked at some of my work that I did - oh maybe two years ago - and Sue - it was so awful!!!  I thought 'Oh my God!  Why am I even trying to be an artist!'  and 'why was my blogging family lying to me!  This stuff is crap - pure crap!!!!!'

Well Sue - I talked myself down after a couple of days and thought - if  my blogging family could support me with this - then maybe I won't give up - maybe I'll just keep going!!!! 

This 'quarter picture' represents the fact that I will be offering some of my work for sale at a very special 'to my friends and family' price (that'll teach em!).  Also Sue  I am going to make this 'my year of improving my art'.  At the end of this year will I have art 'for sell' or art 'to sail' (down the loo)!
Hey Sue does this ranting sound like a pity party?  A party is a party . . . so okay then let's eat . . .
