a new and very difficult sunflower painting by myra anderson - 'do you know mr. van gogh?' . . .

So anyway, when you think about the 'glitz and glam' of my abstract floral ballet paintings - I also wanted to do the antithesis or opposite (thank you dictionary and smart person throwing around big words) of the glitz and glam.

This is part of my new series called 'van gogh's sunflowers' and it's part of my new book 'would van gogh eat a cheeseburger at the mcdonald's? well? would he?'

This painting is a 6x8 watercolor and will be available in my Daily Paintworks Gallery today.

She is just as sweet as can be and you my friend are just as funny as can be. Thanks for the laugh today. Yes, I believe Van Gogh would eat the cheeseburger and you can bet your bottom dollar he would paint it as well...probably BEFORE he ate it.
